Modalities

Our most commonly used modalities include: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. We are also well-versed in various Recovery and Faith based interventions.

  • Individual Counseling is offered at 50min and 90min time slots. We work collaborate to accomplish your individualized goals

  • Established clients are welcome to invite a spouse, relative, or loved one to their session to aid in their treatment process.

  • EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing. It is specified treatment designed to help individuals with complex trauma.

  • Our breakup support group: Concrete Rose is intended to help women who recently ended (or are contemplating ending) a romantic relationship.
